The town centre, with the Galerie Königshof shopping centre, is only five minutes away, and in the immediate vicinity you will find a large selection of restaurants and cafes, a cinema and several fitness studios. The Stadtwald local rail station is three minutes’ walk away. From here, the S28 takes you to Düsseldorf’s main rail station in 19 minutes and to Wuppertal´s main station in 15 minutes. The Bahnstraße bus stop, from which there is a direct link towards Cologne, is only two minutes away. There is a parking space in front of the building.

The bedroom is furnished with a high quality American divan bed and an enormous wardrobe. A smart TV is provided in this room too. The bathroom is extremely luxuriously appointed. The bath features a fitted Raindance shower with safety glass shower enclosure. As well as a WC, there is also a bidet. In the modern fitted kitchen you will find an oven, ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer, automatic coffee machine, microwave, washing machine and a comprehensive range of cooking utensils and tableware. The building’s cellar houses laundry drying rooms and a bicycle cellar. The rent of € 1450 includes all energy costs, running costs, use of the high speed internet connection and reception of around 100 TV channels, of which about 70 are in HD, as well as use of the parking space in front of the building. If desired, a cleaning service can also be arranged. This will be charged according to the work involved. The property owner is responsible for final cleaning at the end of your stay. This will be invoiced according to the work involved, at a rate of € 35 per hour.
