Generously proportioned apartment with two balconies, situated on the third storey of a very well-maintained multi-family building. Direct access to the apartment from the building’s lift. This is a non-smoking property. The Hofgarten is directly by the door, inviting you to take part in sporting activities or simply just relax. The Königsallee, banks of the Rhine and the Altstadt are all only a few minutes’ walk away. An excellent range of shops, restaurants and cafes in the direct vicinity. The rent has been calculated on the basis of occupancy by up to two people, and includes service charges, heating costs and the cost of the internet access. Electricity must be paid for separately. If required, you can also rent a space in the underground garage for €105 a month. The property owner is responsible for final cleaning at the end of your stay. This will be invoiced according to the work involved, at a rate of €52 plus VAT per hour.
