The furniture has been selected with an eye for style and tastefully combined. Entrance hall with coat rack and four-door wardrobe. To the left is the attractive bathroom with walk-in shower, illuminated mirror above the washbasin, linen cupboard, washing machine and window. In the large, bright living/sleeping room, a sofa, an armchair, shelving, a bed (1.40m wide) and a desk all await you. Internet access: Magenta L (Speedport router), up to 100 Mbit. The fitted kitchen offers a dishwasher, hob with extractor hood, oven and fridge. A capsule coffee machine, kettle, tableware and cooking utensils are also provided. Bedlinen and towels also provided.

Unterbilk is a central area of Düsseldorf belonging to the Stadtbezirk 3 city district. The district’s main landmark is the Stadttor, an award-winning skyscraper erected over the Rheinufertunnel road tunnel’s southern exit. The most important employer in Unterbilk is the North-Rhine Westphalia state government with all its ministries. The MedienHafen (‘Media Harbour’) is home to the WDR public radio station and other cultural and creative businesses. Thanks to its proximity to the MedienHafen, Lorettostraße has become a focus for designer fashion, furniture and trendy restaurants. The district’s cultural highlight is the Kunstsammlung NRW art gallery, which has two sites: K20 on Grabbeplatz and K21 in the Ständehaus, a former parliament building. But the local population is still present in this densely populated district comprising rows of streets built in the 19th century. Another reason for Unterbilk’s appeal is its short distance to the city and close proximity to the Rhine, which is especially easy to reach thanks to the Rheinpark Bilk, which was laid on former harbour land.
