The table can be used as a dining table or desk. The high quality bathroom offers a spacious shower cubicle with glass partition. All floors, along with the entire bathroom, feature natural stone tiles, so perfect for people with allergies. The rent of € 1550 per month includes all service charges, energy and use of the internet connection. If it is available, a car parking space in the building’s underground garage can be rented for € 100 a month. If required, a regular cleaning service can also be arranged. This will be charged according to the work involved. You also have shared use of operated washing machines and a dryer in the building’s cellar.
