Objektbeschreibung

The property offered here was built in 1914, on a 213 m² plot, massive. On the first floor it is built with quarry stone, from the upper floor with pumice stone. Another annex followed at the beginning of the 50s. Currently there are two vacation apartments, with the possibility of extending another one, in the property. The property currently has a total of about 165 m² of living space and about 245 m² of usable space. Around the year 2000 the staircase to the entrance area was renewed. The water pipes have been constantly renewed since approx. 2007. In 2011 a new oil central heating (condensing) was installed. In 2010, the property was also renovated. Part of the roof has been re-roofed with bitumen shingles in approx. 2017.

On the first floor is the entrance of the first vacation apartment (about 95 m²). Here is, in addition to a hallway, the kitchen, with the approx. 2010 newly installed fitted kitchen, the bathroom and a living and dining area. On this floor is also a planned vacation apartment (about 75 m²), via a separate access. This would be accessible via the conservatory built in 1998. The upper floor offers another hallway and a large bedroom, with direct access to the children's room or even dressing room. These are associated with the first vacation apartment.
The second vacation apartment (approx. 70 m²) is also located on the upper floor. This has a kitchen, a living room, 2x bedrooms, a bathroom and a large roof terrace.

The attic offers itself due to its size and ceiling height to the development.
